Return & Exchange Policy

In Store & Online Returns:

Eligible Returns must be within 30 days of purchase. Digital or a Hard copy receipt is required for all returns AND exchanges.
Clothing must be unwashed, unaltered with tags still attached. Clothing must not be subjected to cigarette smoke, or other odors.
Footwear must be unworn, and unexposed to water or other harmful substances and in the original box.
Returns will be made to store credit only and will never expire.

Final Sale Items are non-returnable.

Accessories are non-returnable, such as:

House of Rossi Boutique does not offer price adjustments after a purchase is made.

Once an order is placed, House of Rossi Boutique cannot modify, remove, alter or change any quantity or contents of the order.
