Refund policy
In Store & Online Returns:
- Eligible Returns must be within 30 days of purchase. No receipt necessary as long as your order can be identified. Digital or email receipts are very helpful!
- Clothing must be unwashed, unaltered with tags still attached. Clothing must not be subjected to cigarette smoke, or other odors.
- Footwear must be unworn, and unexposed to water or other harmful substances. Please include the box.
- Returns can be made to original payment, in store credit or a gift card as well as exchanged.
Final Sale Items are non-returnable.
Accessories are non-returnable, such as:
- Jewelry
- Bracelets
- Earrings
- Handbags
- Backpacks
Beauty & Gift items are non-returnable.
House of Rossi Boutique does not offer price adjustments after a purchase is made.
Once an order is placed, House of Rossi Boutique cannot modify, remove, alter or change any quantity or contents of the order.
